Top Australian Chardonnay under $50

Might be an opportune time to conduct a poll for Top 10 Australian Chardonnay, UNDER $50.
With Aussie Chardonnay very hot at the moment, there's some opportunistic pricing out there. I love Giaconda - drank many bottles in the late 80's/early 90's when it was a third of todays price. It's a world class wine and cheap when compared to comparable Burgundies. ( His last release sold out in 6 minutes!) My value choice is Pennies Bin A's.

What are the top Aussie Chardonnays that we can drink weekly/daily?

I'll start with;

Heggies Estate Ch.
Penfolds Bin 311
Vasse Felix Filius
Wine, women and song. Ideally, you can experience all three at once.

A few from me:

Oakridge Henk or Willowlake
Ashbrook Estate
Fraser Gallop Parterre (<$50 on special)

I'm observing that my regular buys are moving from <$50 to $55-70.
Wine, women and song. Ideally, you can experience all three at once.

Hoddle’s Creek Estate at $26 is hard to beat
Dappled Appelation is stunning
Penfolds Bin 311 when on sale at CellarDoor.com
Seppelt Drumborg when on sale at CellarDoor.com
Leeuwin Estate Prelude

are our go to quaffer Chardonnay’s

Cheers
Ian
If you had to choose between drinking great wine or winning Lotto, which would you choose - Red or White?

I was thinking Leeuwin Prelude too Ian. (Btw, only 7 more wins for the good guys).

Had some nice Bay of fires some years ago that were nice. Not sure of the price these days

I had a very nice Sidewood Mappinga Chardonnay recently, that comes in around $40.

I also had a very good Phillip Shaw No11 Chardonnay that was also under $50.

Don't know about the cheaper Aussie chardonnays these days.

Flowstone makes two great chardonnays - their Queen of the Earth is world class but doesn't quite qualify for this thread (online for $55), but their standard quaffing chardonnay at $36 is a killer for the price!

Craiglee was often a freaky old Chardonnay from auction.

The ‘23 Prelude is exceptional.

Yep, we are in charge of our own destiny now. Need to improve to beat PSG at home though. They’ll be wondering how they didn’t score 5. Having the world’s best keeper helps but they were totally dominant and they got sucker punched.
