Adelaide Offline

Post by David Librandi »

Hi All

Anyone keen to attend another Offline in Adelaide in August, thinking Friday 23rd, before the end of winter.

Hope the regulars are also interested and available e.g. Mario, Scotty, Craig, Trufflequeen, George, Ian etc. If you haven't attended an Offline before I encorouge you to come along. They are always a lot of fun.

Please let me know if you can attend and we can then work out numbers, theme and venue.

Looking forward to hearing from you :D

Will be a long long way away in September...not sure about any dates in August being any good either, October is the better option for me, 11th or 25th...sorry!
Cheers Craig

Hi David,
Certainly would love to join you again.
Friday 13 September could work for me, nothing in my calendar yet, but need to check with the boss at home, she's lecturing that day at uni...hmmm???
Let's see. Cheers, Mario.

For venue, I know the owner of Mimi, +82 Pocha and Plus 82 Gogi who may be willing to do a deal for us.

Hi David and Paul,
Have you talked to each other about a venue?
Paul, you mentioned Mimi, is this the Thai-Asian??? place in Sturt Street? Looks nice.
David, did you have a venue in mind? Cliche again? Some good offlines in the past there.
We are still 8 or 9 potential participants (David's post from 8th August)?
If we go ahead with Fri 13th Sept I suggest to be easy on a theme. Just bring something you think is awesome, interesting, challenging, risky or whatever has a good story. There's an exciting wine world beyond Langtons Classification (not that I dislike wines of this classification, not at all!).
Cheers, Mario

yep I'm happy to loosen the reins on the theme. Got a few bottles in mind.

I'm afraid my plus 2 are now unavailable on the 13th! So sorry about that. Happy to still come myself and/or reschedule.
