2006 Redhead Studio (Select) “The Good Doctor’s Tonicâ€Â: These guys must be lateral thinkers – this wacky label is an equally wacky blend of Tannat, Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz from McLaren Vale and the Adelaide Hills. Imposing, thick/glass-hugging dark to inky purple/red colour. Impressive nose full of black cherries, dark coal/graphite with hints of dried blood, celery stalks/herbs, all backed by cedar/spicy oak. A sweet/smoky entry leads to a medium weight, slightly medicinal/sweet cherry cola, the furry/powdery tannins kicking in mid-palate, finishing with aniseed/cough drop characters. A very unusual and interesting blend - not the tannic beast I was expecting, and while the label says 15% alcohol there’s absolutely no heat or warmth.
Cheers,
Ian

Sorry about the late reply. This was on another thread - I suggest either a phone call or PM should do the trick:
RedZombie wrote:Dear All,
Firstly my apologies for the crappy website we are in the process of revamping and localising our website. Until quite recently our wines were only available in the US and UK.
We now are the proud owners of a liquor license which allows us to sell domestically for the first time and finally open our cellar door to the public. You can find us on the corner of Foggo and Kangarilla Roads in McLaren Vale, just keep an eye out for the big red tractor in the car park or the random beats from our studio member ipods.
Please don't hesitate to contact us directly on +61 8 8323 7799 and if you drop in don't forget to check out our current 2006 releases.
Cheers,
