Westend 3 Bridges 2004 Durif

Crimson with a purple edge, this little beauty jumps out of the glass and is down the hatch before you really know what’s going on! Rich with blood plums and forest berries, the nose invites you to pour another, while the silky tannins, soft vanillas and dark chocolate palate floods your senses. “What is this wine?” you ask, picking up the bottle for a closer look at the label. Westend 3 Bridges 2004 Durif! And yet so young! I’m getting another case! That’s good!
And much as Wine has play'd the Infidel,
And robbed me of my Robe of Honour —Well,
I often wonder what the Vintners buy
One half so precious as the ware they sell.
