Hi all. Have just decided to sign up. Joined the wine industry in 1974 and over the first few years I managed to drink every good Australian wine on the market and most of the great wines from around the world. I find now though, that there are dozens of Australian wineries I've never even heard of. It amazes me how anyone can possibly keep up with the huge number of new wineries and new releases, although obviously a few of you are giving it a go! Thanks to the Red Bigot and others for their hundreds of posts I have read over the years and of course to Gavin who makes all this happen. Currently lecturing some wine courses at the National Wine Centre and it is fun helping people stumble their way through their first wines! Look forward to contributing in future.

You should see the other thread about an Adelaide offline and perhaps think about joining us for a glass or two of vino ?
