G'day
I believe this is made from Nerello Mascalese or a blend.
Garnet colour. Fragrant nose of red fruits - raspberry, cranberry, and bright red cherries. Some rosemary and waxy herbs. The palate is lightly flavoured up front, and most of the flavour is on the back palate. Medium to high acidity (juicy) and modest tannic grip. Light bodied all round and a moderately short finish.
I would suggest further ageing isn't likely to yield greater complexity. A light, refreshing wine to go with a pizza with lots of Italian herbs.
Cheers
Allan
