TN: Tucks Ridge Buckle Chardonnay 2012

Post by Waiters Friend »

Very pale in colour for a 7 years old chardonnay - just approaching yellow.

Lemon, yellow peach, nectarines and a modest amount of cashew nut. Oak is more noticeable on the palate, but by no means prominent. It's still fruit forward, with the lemon and stone fruits only slightly developed. Medium to long finish, and elegant, in balance. Delicious Mornington Peninsula chardonnay and full flavoured without being at all heavy.

Cheers

Wine, women and song. Ideally, you can experience all three at once.
