Mark,
Do you mean initials on the top right hand side in black ink, or literally a full signature? I have initials AB.
cheers,
David M.
Signature I think, haven't seen it myself. Plus they are from SA.
Cheers

Zounds like they have got thier priorities right, I love the fact they send to NSW country first, now all I have to do is change my name to Zic Zinstein

They did say they changed their methods because of whinges from people like the Zilsteins and "fringe dwellers".
Oh well, all good things come to those who wait, and it's not as though I am short of a bottle, or two,or three.

I totally agree. In fact, I have already tried the 2002 Hillside and have a single bottle of the 2002 Hillside next to my desk. If Kay's would keep the 6-pack of Block 6 and 6-pack of Hillside that I am about to receive for another 8 or so years in their cellar, I would be most appreciative.Muscat Mike wrote:...and it's not as though I am short of a bottle, or two,or three.

Hi David
I'm not sure as my letter goes to my parents address and they put in a standard order of one of everything each vintage. I checked with the folks and they could not remember if it was a signature or initials- I reckon it would be initials only as a medium term mailing list customer.
I'm SA and have found my order processed a few weeks earlier than most on the forum.
Would really appreciate some TN's on the 02 shiraz if anyone willing to sacrifice!

I don't totally agree. The exercise would not be about enjoyment (as commonly known). It would be more about understanding... and that can be "enjoyable" as well:David M wrote:Jaime,
It would be the equivalent of vinicide to open any Wendouree on or near release...You probably would hate it so young. Try and be patient and wait the required 20 years.
cheers,

See my 2001 Shiraz Mataro Tasting Note: http://www.auswine.com.au/forum/viewtopic.php?t=744 ... I enjoyed the whole experience over the few days... but I am a bit "different"

I actually have not received my Wendouree wines, nor has my credit card been debited yet! Maybe I am missing out this year, although I did receive full allocation last year... I have come to really enjoy those Muscat of Alexandrias as well.JamieBahrain wrote:Thanks Adair.
You volunteering?
Someone should do it! Fifteen minutes of fame and the first public review of the 02 Wendouree.
However, I am not sure if I would be willing to open a Shiraz, maybe one of the others though.
