paul godons first vintage at leconfield was 2002
and i don't think they still listed in Langtons classification
from what i have seen both released and barrels/tank samples i think Leconfield are definately on the way back

No real cure alls but I have used and know winemakers who use Sudafed or similar product to help at least with congestion

for me one of the best food & wine matches would have to be fresh south australian whiting pan fried with a crisp Clare Riesling. Or roast duck with a good pinot prefferably Burgundy or a very old Hunter Shiraz as for SB although not a fan Fresh Mussels steamed in a littel sb with a bit of garli...
