This is a question on behalf of a friend who has the opportunity to source their wines at a very good price, but has to place his order on Monday. Vintages available from 2005 onwards.

Not having tried their wines, I couldn't be of assistance and am looking toward forumites for recommendations. Price doesn't appear to be of importance.

Any advice would be appreciated; thanks in advance.

Their Seven Scenes range tends to have their best gear (not surprisingly) . My two favourites were the Chardonnay & Shiraz Viognier, with the SV being a possible buy for me.

Cheers

Not a fan. But the SV and dessert wine was the best of the bunch.

The sparkling Petit Verdot was my pick when we were there a year ago.

I would be reluctant for the most part, however I've just sampled the 820 Above series and the 2008 Pinot Gris is actually ok.

It's no award-winner, but for a GB white, it's not too bad.

Thanks you all for your advice which I passed on to my mate.
At 50% RRP he may be tempted.
