Greetings all,
Is anyone interested in my step by step journey of building a wine cellar- oh and house above!!
We are building a new house and building in a cellar 1/2 below ground.
If people are interested I will make it a monthly post with some pics showing the progress and what decisions are being made along the way.

Yes, I am contemplating a similar exercise next year, so I would be very interested in the step-by-step progress updates.

We built a cellar from concrete blocks that buts onto our winery. Most of it is below ground and the soil dug out was used to cover the roof. Fiddlewood trees were planted close to the construction and provide excellent protection from the west. We used an air conditioner on a time switch to both cool and dehumidify and gal mesh to provide what I believe to be the cheapest and strongest support for the bottles.

"We used an air conditioner on a time switch to both cool and dehumidify "

Why are you choosing to DE humidify?
