As long as you have a roast and air conditioning!
Haven't had it recently but when I had it two years ago it was just starting to soften. Just depends how you like your big red's.
I'm sticking to the sparkling red myself. Has always gone well with the turkey.
cheers

Come on! There's never a bad time for a big shiraz. Just crank up the air condition and by the time you're putting the warm jumper on you also suddenly realise that the sweet fruitjuice rose in the glass should be thrown down the sink and replaced by a powerful shiraz.

yeah dont mind me ive just gone off them at the moment. hardly bought a single aussie shiraz this year and hardly drunk one either even though the cellar has a good selection of them[/code]
