A generous friend gave this to me as a gift yesterday and I was wondering if anyone had any recent or semi-recent tasting notes ...

George,
This is the only vintage of the 90's I didn't buy, don't think it was necessarily poor (although in those days we tasted them as a group and bought in one big order afterwards), probably just me short of cash.
Hope it's a good bottle.
