Adelaide icon wines dinner

Here in Adelaide I am planning a special dinner. The idea is that each person brings along one very special bottle, something really special to try, a real chance to try some very exclusive wines.

The venue is still to be decided as is the date, but end of November is likely, somewhere good who handle BYO well.

So far the wines to be tried include

2002 Shirvington Shiraz
2002 Shirvington Cabernet
2001 Veritas Heysen Shiraz
2001 Veritas Hanisch Shiraz
