Western Australia - Cellar door suggestions

I am planning to visit WA later in the year (never been there before, so I'm pretty excited!). I was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for wineries to visit. I'd rather steer clear of the big touristy ones (unless they have exceptional wine of course!), and the quality of the wine means much more to me than the ambiance of the Cellar door.
I am planning to go to Margaret river, the Swan valley, and perhaps Pemberton, Demark & Mt Barker, time permitting.
Thanks in advance!

Margs - Pierro, Brown Hill, Rockfield, Eagle Vale, Green Valley, Woodlands, lots more!
Pemberton - Picardy, Salitage, The Warren Vineyard
Denmark - Forest Hill, Harewood, Rickety Gate, West Cape Howe.
Swan - if you must
, then Talijancich, Janebrook, Upper Reach, Garbin.
Cheers
Dave

In Margaret River I would add Wills Domain, Cullen, Leeuwin, Voyager, Juniper, Brookland Valley.
In Mt Barker Marribrook is also worth a look (great Marsanne and a very good value cab blend).
In Porongorup Castle Rock have a great Riesling and their Pinot gets better every year.

We deal with Leeuwin and Ashbrook, and obviously recommend both (Ashbrook's Semillon is sadly sold out). I'd add:
Cullen has a good cafe, but they often have little wine on taste.
Moss Wood you need to call, but they're worth the visit, and you can get to taste all the wines.
Vasse Felix is worth a look if you have time.
If you get to the Porongorups, Castle Rock is a must, and also try Dukes (Riesling). Gilberts Shiraz is excellent.
Cheers, Duncan
