The last quiz was obviously way too easy.
Ok, for all you smart arses, this time I don't just want the name of the winery but the name of this particular building.

The easy part, its Seppeltsfield, but I am stuffed if I know which building. It looks to tall to be the origional homestead so it's probaly one of the winery buildings.

Seppelts Winery, the old vinegar making building.

Well, that makes for a change. 2/7 and no correct answer yet (apart from the winery of course).
I suggest a closer examination of the chimney is in order.

Yeah, I noticed the fireplace is outside and the chimney goes into the building, but I don't remember this building from my last visit and tour. It doesn't look like the old distillation building and I don't remember there being a smokehouse.
Give us a clue?

Poor old bugger. So near yet so far. Memory fading is it
The chimney is a dead give away. No further clues should be required.

Totally wild guess from someone who hasn't a scooby - they didn't use this to assist in making a madeira style wine did they?

I like your thinking Ian S. The old "estufa" method of heating the madeira. Good guess.
Cheers..........Mahmoud.

Oh, and the answer to the photo quiz is:-
Seppeltsfield
The Ham Haus.
If my memory is correct it is between the dining room and the Vinegar shed.
