I just joined the killerby wine club. I have tried a few of there wines and personally like them . I was just wondering why they rarely come up in auction on things like langtons . Anyone got any opinions on there current vintages i got 3 bottles each of there 2003 vinatge chardonnay, shiraz, cabernet sauvignon and semillion sauvignon blanc.

Good luck with Killerby. Once they get you they will never let you go...constant phone calls and marketing. The wines were pretty good. Not had them for a few years so can't comment on current releases. They are not really a collecters wine though as such so you won't see them much at auction. People who buy them tend to drink them..which is fair enough. I think I have a single bottle of 2000 Cabernet floating around somewhere. That and the 1999 Shiraz were not bad wines I seem to remember.

Over the years I have found the quality to be exceedingly variable and as such refuse to buy without trying first, which rules them out from mailing list purchases for me.
