Dear forumites,

Regarding '98, '01, '02 Clarendons Hill Hickbotham cab sauv, has anyone tried all three. Which one is the favourite? Could somebody provide tasting notes?

Also I have some opportunity to buy '97 Seppelt GW shiraz at a good price. Is it as good as the '96 or '98? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

I bought the 97 without trying any other vintages of it. It is an excellent wine. BUY NOW if the price is good.

Seppelt 97 GW is a stunning wine-if in good nick --buy buy

Only tried the 98 Hickinbotham and posted notes on the old forum. It is the first Clarendon wine which I would call elegant and it was balanced with genuine varietal character. I would point it at least 90. I am a tough marker.
