I was given a bottle from a business associate, revered to be a achtypical of a Coonawarra Cabernet. Read some unfavourable reviews on their past vintages that this wine tends to be stalky but recently the style has changed for the better.
I just cant finish the bottle. No nose, unbearable acid, unripe fruits and no finishing. Give me a Balnaves or Majella anytime.

MT,

Sounds corked. Was quite a nice wine when last tasted, certainly the best effort that Leconfield have produced for a few vintages. Give it another try.

Cheers
