Medium Term Cellaring options for the cellar

Hi guys,

Over the last 12 months my interest in wine has increased significantly and i've slowly started to put together a modest cellar. Thanks to a couple of generous/helpfull posters on this forum i now have a small number of older wines 94-98s which will hopefully be drinking at there peak over the next couple of years. In addition to that i have purchased a number of wines which i think will be looking good in 8-10 years.

By my rudimentary calculations thats gonna leave me with a bit of a gap in about 4-5 years time. Anyone out there any suggestions for some generally available wines that should be drinking well over the next 3-5 years ?

A couple that speing to mind

Paxton 01 Shiraz (not sure if it will hold that long)
Voyager Estate Shiraz 03
Seppelt Chalambar (Could be good, could need another 5 years depenind of which of the experts you believe!)

PS: Reds only as apart from a few hunter semillons i don't bother to cellar any whites.. None of that nancy Pinot stuff either

Paxton 2001 - there is better value out there at that price, eg Glaymond 2002/2003 from Auswine
Seppelt Chalambar 2003 - safe bet for 3-5 and longer.
Voyager Estate Shiraz 03 - yes and longer

Get into the Heartland 2004 reds, a bargain @ $15 or under, will safely cellar 3-5 years.
Braydun Hill Shiraz 2003, around $25
Kaesler Stonehorse Shiraz 2004
Thorn Clarke Shotfire Ridge 2002/2003
O'Leary Walker Clare/McLarenvale Shiraz 2003
St Hallett Blackwell Shiraz 2003
Tyrrells Rufus Stone Heathcote Shiraz 2003

I'm sure there are dozens more that others will suggest.
