Copper gold now.
Nose is honeycomb and biscuits. Palate is a blend of honey, apricot, orange marmalade, brown sugar and vanilla, and also a hint of some varietal lime and even kerosene, and then some tantalising hints of spice. This bottle showing signs of drying out, and doesnÂ’t have the searing acid or flavour intensity earler ones did. Might be time to drink up. I like the flavour profile, but this bottle is fuly mature. 86/100 on this showing (other bottles have rated much higher).
