I have 2 bottles and all people "in the know" suggest one thing:
keep it.

Jester, this is one of the top wines from the Mondavi stable (Napa Valley), I actually prefer it over the Opus One etc, its a classic cab, almost margaux like.

These wines can stand the test of time easily and I suggest you lay it down for a good 6-10 years before approaching. The 2001 vintage is quite renowned...its a pretty special but pricey bottle.

Jester,
The Mondavi Reserve is their top wine and quite deservedly so, in spite of all the Mondavi crap that's been flowing around recently.
Opus is a completely 'other' venture.
The Reserve has held very steadfast in quality so far, but certainly and unfortunately at a very steep price.
Give it 10-15 years, and probably 20+ for those who love earth and cedar.
I'd give the '02 even more credit in terms of cellaring.
FYI - My 'wine moment', THE wine that changed my life was a Mondavi Reserve Cabernet '82.
- I kid you not.
