CraigNZ, here is a business idea for you:

and charge $1000 each student for 3 days wine drinking crash course!
I'll take 2% royalties if it successful.

Statistic could maybe be explained with the fact that unlike australia, New Zealand Beer is worth drinking?

Ok ok maybe im generalising a little as I can think of a couple of good aussie beers and a few aweful kiwi ones ;-)

You're spot on Craig...

I think mention of Double Brown, Southern Draught and Tasman Bitter (is that Kiwi?) will soon end this conversation...

Right you are mate, those'll turn anybody off anything, including conversation :D Nah, just kidding. Australian beer is great though. Coopers, Squires, Little Creatures, in no particular order, are world class...in my ever humble opionion.

Actually I agree with Craig. The beer in NZ was a revelation onmy trip there last september. Just a shame we can only get Steinlager over here or I'd be drinking it all the time.

Mmmm, Beer. Is it beer o'clock already?
