2004 Felton Road Riesling

There is a sulphide issue very apparent on the nose, although it takes the form of sweet barbequed onions that some might find not too unpleasant. The palate has good weight with sweet lime, florals and a little residual sugar which well outweigh the onion to create an enjoyable, complex wine. There is good length and very juicy acidity. Lovely wine that I suspect will not be enjoyed by many due to the sulphide. Drink now. 17/20.
