2000 Tahbilk Shiraz – 13% - Goulburn Valley, Vic.
Medium bodied with a lovely structure. Hardly any oak noticeable. The fruit is very complex, quite typical of central Victoria, but there is a slightly too sweet aspect that takes away enjoyment. Medium length. Agreeable. Not one of the better Tahbilk Shiraz but this wine definitely has the structure to age and hopefully this will help.
