Which is better - Alice or Apricot?

Post by Greenman »

I've the chance to land some of these fron a third party. Which is a better wine, the Greenock Alices or the Apricots 2001?

Thanks.

Personally I prefer the Alice as it is generally cheaper. However, the Apricot will probably reward extended cellaring.

Grab them both, they are very good wines, you won't be disappointed.

I've happily drunk over a case of the Alice's in the past year and put a case of both in the cellar too.

I notice a little of these is on the current Wickman auction, might be worth a bit.

If you can see through it, it's not worth drinking!
