Wine appreciation...Sydney!

Hi all,

i wanted to buy my brother (for his B'day ) tickets to a wine appreciation course in sydney. Am after recommendations for courses, as there are too many out there and dont know which to look at. I've never had the pleasure, except for a few masterclasses on shiraz & "Frogs Bubbles", & even a Ridel "glass" tasting.

I guess Sydney folks are an uneducated lot! Long time since I've lived there so I can't recommend anything current. Check out the Wine Diva site, at least there is a list to look at. :shock:
