Does anybody have any tasting notes on either the Krondorf Burge and Wilson wines or the Grant Burge museum release Burge and Wilson wines ?

Thanks !

I bought a magnum of the Burge and Wilson Jimmy Watson Winning 1979 Cabernet at Grant Burge Winery when he sold the old Krondorf celler. This was about 1998, and my memeory was that it opened up well, but quickly faded. It was sound wine, but at it best a few years ago.

I got hold of a 1980 Krondorf Burge & Wilson Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon magnum last month at auction, so I'm pretty keen to find some tasting notes too.

Cheers
