Does anyone know if there are any wine tastings in Sydney in the next couple of weeks?

I'm making a trip home, and a rather large raid of my cellar (which has been safe since December 03).

Cheers

There's a NZ tasting organized by Best Cellars on (I think) the 11th - I think it's at the museum.

Surely you jest Graham.

Wine Australia used to be a bi-annual event shared between Sydney and Melbourne. A (questionable) decision was made after the 2002 show in Sydney that Sydney would be the home of the event forevermore.

For anyone interested in getting along to Wine Australia on the cheap, Vintage Cellars have 2 for 1 tickets for their members. Just sitting on the counter at my local on the weekend.

If you're not a member, I doubt they'd check, but membership is free.

Don't really want to be advertising VC (sorry Gavin) but it will save you $22 for a partner or friend to get in.

I am not a fan of the sydney-fication of Australia. But wine Oz is a great event. If you can get anywhere near it, it is too good to miss.

Junie.
