Dark purple color with a lifted nose of expresso coffee and graphite. A silky smooth, full bodied palate of dense, concentrated fruits, liqueur coffee and licorice with integrated fruit tannins on the finish and a warm lift of alcohol (14.5%, but balanced beautifully). Drinking very well now, this should put on some very interesting characteristics over the next 10 years.
