Opened one of my treasured Bindi Original Vineyard pinots, just not up to the mark - mild TCA, oxidation, some damn thing - contacted Michael Dhillon, he sent a replacement thru quickly & graciously, without waiting for my dud remains to reach him, which I sent for confirmation of my judgement, if nothing else. Top marks, a pleasure to deal with.

Agreed, Michael's a top bloke and always generous with his time. The exemplary service provided does not surprise me.
