No, but have ordered a six pack. While this is a powerful brew, time makes it a beautiful wine. I am drinking the 91 at the moment and it is fabulous. It is only made in excellent years like 91,96 etc.
If you like very good wine and have patience, you will be rewarded.

Buller 2002 Calliope Shiraz Vic 2004 will be released in April. Almost black in colour, this is full-bodied wine, in fact huge, but retains some elegance. The abundant, dusty, drying tannins are almost creamy and considering there is less than one third new oak they are mainly from the fruit. The fruit is pure, deep and strong delivering rich, ripe liquorice, chocolate and raisin like characters, which finish with good length, a pleasant mouth feel and great persistence. A clean, well-made wine, with a big solid structure there is no denying there is some alcohol heat but itÂ’s not over the top. Rated as Highly Recommended with **** for value, the rating may improve as the wine matures around 2009, this one will go into my cellar; it is reminiscent of the 91 and 96 vintages.

Tried this wine at the winery this week.
Huge wine, but with amazing flavour coming from the ripe fruit. I did not know Rutherglen could make wines like this. I bought 2 doz.

I had their Rutherglen shiraz a little while back because it was the cheapest wine on the list at the University club...it was a good quaffer and we did order a 2nd bottle.

The Calliope Shiraz and Shiraz Mondeuse blend have good reps, as do the fortifieds.
