TORB's Barossa Sojourn

Post by George Krashos »

I've just read through TORB's last installment of his final day in the Barossa and (as with his last SA tour) am absolutely flabbergasted that he didn't visit Charles Melton. You seemed so upset about not getting to Leibichwein but didn't go to Charlies - now THAT'S damn peculiar. Especially considering they make no whites and are right up your red-only alley. Very strange indeed for mine.

Sometimes, cellar door so smokey, no point in tasting-though warm, cosy and friendly.

George,

Its more a matter ot timing than anything else. I have been there a few times previously in May and there is not much available for tasting, the good stuff has sold out at that time.
Cheers
