TN: Forester Estate 'Yelverton' Reserve Chardonnay 2022

G'day
I've not had many Forester wines in recent years, so was interested to try this one.
A light lemon colour, and quite clear and bright. A hint of struck match before a vibrant nose of tangy lemon, white peach, ripe nectarine, cashew nuts and savoury oak. The palate is slightly less vibrant, with more lemon, plenty of juicy acid, and savoury timber characters. Moderate length only.
This may fill out in a couple of years.
