TN: Pewsey Vale Estate Riesling 2024

G'day
This remains a case buy every year since sometime late last century. I don't drink as much Australian riesling as I used to (partially because my partner isn't a fan) so I need to make a conscious effort
Very pale lemon with green flashes. A delicate nose with the usual lemon/lime, mandarin, talc and some orange blossom. The fruit flows effortlessly through the palate while retaining purity and delicacy. As is the Pewsey Vale style, this isn't about outright intensity of flavour or steely acidity, although both flavour and acidity aren't in short supply. Rather, they combine gently to provide a refreshing mouthwatering wine.
Experience tells me that this will age superbly, and gain palate weight as it does.
Cheers
Allan
