G'day

I hosted a vertical of Clarendon Hills single vineyard wines last month https://forum.auswine.club/viewtopic.php?p=1 ... tz#p171884, but did not have this wine at that time.

Deep purple in colour, almost black, and dense. Big, porty nose with lots of developed dark berry fruits, milk chocolate, vanilla, and cloves. The palate has Christmas cake, more blue and black berries, and a hint of menthol. Tannins are integrated but slightly drying, and the acid supports the wine well. Long length, and even finish.

I realise these notes are quite similar to those for the same wine fromdifferent vintages - definitely a house style here, andone I am enjoying.

Cheers
