TN: Mount Pleasant Elizabeth Semillon 2018

G'day
I used to drink a lot of Elizabeth quite a few years ago, and this was my introduction to Hunter semillon three decades past. I still have a few pre-2012 bottles, but nowhere near as many as I used to drink and cellar.
This is yellow in colour. Lemon pith, lanolin, and a little honey on the nose. There's more honey and toast starting to show on the palate, and there's a freshness and almost mouth watering level of acid (in no way harsh). No oak, but you might wonder as this develops.
This is looking good now for a young semillon, and is just starting to egde towards maturity. Maybe I should (re)start drinking more of this, and I am happy to have put a few of these (and the 2017) away.
Cheers
Allan
