TN: Brokenwood Semillon 2011

11% alcohol by volume. Deep yellow in colour, heading towards gold.
A honeyed and toasty nose, with honeysuckle and lanolin. Faint traces of lemon fruit and blossom. The palate has more of the lemon, a little tart and heading into cordial territory, along with more honey. A fair amount of acid is keeping this fresh, and the wine finishes reasonably long.
I'm sure this will develop further for another couple of years, but I'm not sure this will improve the wine. It's in a pretty good place now.
Cheers
