TN: Moorooduc Estate Chardonnay 2013

Purchased from the winery in late 2016, and left in the cellar since then (for no particular reason). Bright yellow in colour.
Quite a savoury nose (nutty, cedar) overlaid by lots of yellow peach, nectarine and a touch of grapefruit. The savouriness continued to be noticeable on the palate and balanced by supporting acid, fruit weight and a touch of creamy texture (time on less?). Reasonably big on flavour but still retaining some poise and restraint (not too delicate, though). Good length.
Possibly at its best now, and was better with food.
