TN: Cherubino Chardonnay 2018

Margaret River fruit, from Karridale (southern MR). Pale yellow in colour, very light indeed.
With a little time in glass (it is easy to serve this too cold), it opened to show lemon, cedar, a little vanilla, yellow peach and nectarine. The palate continues with grilled nuts, citrus, and the signs of some savoury complexity. Good length and mouthfeel, all balanced.
I reckon this will be a lot better in a year or two. Too early to drink now (but we are!).
Cheers
