TN: Tolpuddle Chardonnay 2013

A light yellow in colour.

Delicate (for a chardonnay) nose with lightly grilled nuts, lemon blossom, fleshy white peach, and the merest hint of cedary oak.

Palate shows tangy lemon and grapefruit. There's a slight leesy character that adds to the texture of the wine. Oak is barely noticeable, and the acid plays a supporting role. The wine shows fruit purity and finishes very cleanly. Any wine making influences have been kept to a minimum.

Cheers
Allan

I think these are great...Lots of coverage on their Pinot but to me their Chardonnay is the star...
