TN: Moss Wood Amy's 2010

From the Glenmore vineyard in Willyabrup and the Montgomery Brothers' vineyard in Cowaramup. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Merlot.
Deep crimson in colour. Lots on the nose: blackcurrant, violets, milk chocolate, coffee grounds, and a touch of vanilla. The palate is spicy, with grippy tannins, and a good line of acid which extends down the throat. The finish is medium to long.
For the money, this is quite a complex wine, and is looking pretty good at 9 years of age.
Cheers
