TN: La Braccesca Vino Nobile Di Montepulciano 2013

G'day
I developed a taste for Vino Nobile Di Montepulciano after a few day in the Tuscan town of Montepulciano in 2014. They're not that easy to find here in Perth.
Deep purple in colour. A fairly complex nose of ripe dark cherry, some florals (maybe rose), herbs (including oregano), and some spicy characters plus a touch of oak. The palate is rich and full, and it reflects (and even amplifies) the nose - a flavourful palate with a good balance of fruit (starting to develop), subtle tannic grip, moderate acid leading to a satisfying finish.
Good with food, too.
Cheers
Allan
