This is the Shotfire Ridge’s big brother in every respect. A little bit more powerful, and longer than the aforementioned wine, otherwise the similarities are uncanny.

The nose showed chocolate, plum, & vanilla, and the palate revealed similar, rich and sweet characteristics. Fine tannins, decent length, this wine is highly enjoyable. The label suggests cellaring 5-7 years, and I would tend to agree. This is not a wine for the long haul.
