In all honesty I have had some questionable QPR issues in the past over the DM although this time I must stand corrected.

I purchased a case of the 08 DM cellar door and have been sitting on it until last night.

Colour is showing first hints of age with a hint of bricking on the rim. Nose is glorious violets and red fruits. Tannins have fully integrated into the body and the finish is superb. At 12.5% this is a superb well balanced wine - a quintessential elegant Margaret River Cabernet Blend.

Enjoy now and over next 5 years

Was a marinated fillet steak (1 inch thick) with potato au gatin and a side garden salad drizzled with a pomegranate balsamic dressing.
