2015 Chateau Miraval Cotes de Provence Rosé (cork): 13% alc. Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah & Rolle. Very pale salmon pink. Musky with rose petals, bubblegum and lemon zest, the palate with zingy, crisp, tingly acidity from start to finish that almost seems like a crisp white at times. Very dry and yet very elegant and refreshing, an interesting counterpart to some of our traditionally sweeter styles.
