If anyone else would like to come, I'll put you down as a reserve. Most of the time at least 1 person drops out, so there's a very good chance you'll get in.

"May?" Its compulsory!!

This will be a great night.
Coonawarra Pinot very over rated
Adelaide Hills is the go to if you know someone who knows someone

Weather forecast is for a rather warm day on Friday. I'll bring along a nice cold extra (non-sparkling) which is on theme as a starter.

A Pinot Rose per chance?
Good idea btw

Pinot Rosé would certainly be on theme. Perhaps a Saignée or a Vin Gris? Or maybe just the more common maceration method? On the other hand, it could be a white Pinot Noir. Perhaps a Pinot d’Alsace or a Blanc de Noir Spätburgunder or a Pinot Nero Bianco? Some good questions for me to ask you guys on Friday

Unfortunately, Rory had to pull out. We have a spare place if anyone would like it. People that haven't been to an offline before most welcome.

Looking forward to tonight and meeting a couple new faces.
For those that haven't been to an offline before, we taste all the wines blind so please mask your wines. Have a few multiple choice questions about your wine ready to ask the table. It's heaps of fun!

Assume this is a rhetorical question.
She has a birthday every year for goodness sake.
Cheers

Fruit platter?
I am worried that mjs might go into some kind of shock. His body is not suited to the 'health type' food lately.
