For those who have never been to Choi's before and are coming on public transport from the city, take the 70 or 75 tram and get off at stop #35 (Robinson Rd) which is literally right outside the restaurant - http://goo.gl/maps/fU4cMrjacsm.

If anyone else would like to come, I'll put you down as a reserve. Most of the time at least 1 person drops out, so there's a very good chance you'll get in.

Pinot Rosé would certainly be on theme. Perhaps a Saignée or a Vin Gris? Or maybe just the more common maceration method? On the other hand, it could be a white Pinot Noir. Perhaps a Pinot d’Alsace or a Blanc de Noir Spätburgunder or a Pinot Nero Bianco? Some good questions for me to ask you guys on Friday
