OK, I'm going early on this one. This year's Cabernet Celebration in Coonawarra is now programmed through the month of October, rather than just a weekend as in previous years. Introductory blurb in this link:

Detailed program in this link:

The third weekend of 14-16 Oct has a concentration of tastings and food events. The Masterclass tasting looks like it is going to be a cracker. Just interested to know if any forumites are planning on going?

Malcolm, I would have been there as you well know...but unfortunately won't be in the country.
Cheers

Well, there have been other region wines in the Masterclass tastings before, but somehow I don't think so this year!

Just seven decades of Coonawarra!

Hopefully reminiscent of a similar Coonawarra Cabernet Celebration tasting in 1998 which included a couple of Woodley's Treasure Chests, Peppermint Pattie and several other marvels

One can always live in hope :D :D
I suspect that it would more likely make an appearance next August at a vertical tasting to celebrate 60 vintages of BL
