Vin Diemen - Tasmania uncorked

Run by bottleshop concepts, today at the National Art School in Darlinghurst. Strong sparkling and white showing (not what this forum is about!), pinots are still questionable to me if they will actually reach potential - many over extracted and not overly well balanced.
20 minutes before the end, I lost my booklet with tasting notes (which were bloody amazing mind you!!), but I do remember my top 3 from each category.
Sparkling
1. 2007 Arras Grand Vintage ($80)
2. 2002 E.J Carr ($110)- wowee
3. 2010 Jansz vintage cuvée ($47)
4. 2009 Pirie Blanc de Blanc ($58)
Riesling
1. 2015 Ghost Rock ($29) - amazing wines across the board, this a standout. Hesh, you'll love.
2. 2015 Bream Creek ($27) - more great stuff, beautiful sherbet and lemon/lime, balance. Strong.
3. 2015 Moores Hill ($30) - really liked this, but the winemaker, was very bullish on 16s that he said was a significant step above.
Chardonnay
1. 2015 Bay of Fires Chardonnay ($45) - funky green/yellow colour, but excellent!
2. 2014 Tolpuddle Chardonnay ($79) - yep, good stuff. Linear, peaty, matchsticks and goodness. excellent
3. Joseph Chromy Chardonnay ($38) - strong effort.
Pinot Noir
1. 2012 Bream Creek Pinot ($36)
2. 2014 Bay of Fires Pinor ($45) - my wotd last year. Almost got there this year. A super strong showing by bay of fires/arras
3. 2015 Tolpuddle Pinot ($79)
WoTD - 2015 Ghost Rock Riesling, closely followed by the 2015 Bay of Fires Chardonnay
