I really enjoy these notes you have been doing lately especially with verticals like this because there is usually a couple of bottles in there I might have in the cellar and it help me a lot with deciding whether to pop them now or wait.
I had a 2006 Tahbilk cab sav late last week but unfortunately forgot to post a note, but from what I recall it was very much along the lines of yours, very good acid and structure, and I do clearly remember thinking this will benefit from a little more sleep
